Change of name to: Northern New Mexico Regional Art Center
At its October 19th meeting the Board of Director of Directors voted to change the name of the corporation from the Art Center at Fuller Lodge to the Northern New Mexico Regional Art Center. The name change reflects the organizations new location and its mission to serve all communities in northern New Mexico. Paperwork has been submitted to change our Articles of Incorporation , but we also have to change the Bylaws to incorporate the new name. That change requires approval of the membership. A draft of the changed Bylwaw is available for review on this page. The changes were restricted to entering the new name where appropriate and removal of references to Los Alamos and Fuller Lodge. Otherwise, the Bylaws remain the same as those adopted last year.
