Access Art

Picture
In the Spring of 2010 NNMRAC conducted the Access Art Classes for the developmentally disabled in the Convento Classrooms. This is in fulfillment of our commitment to the NM Arts Commission grants we have received and for those who have matched those grants, LANL Foundation and LANS Washington Group. More students than ever are taking advantage of our new location to attend classes from Mosaic in Santa Fe , La Cumbres in Espanola and the students from Los Alamos . Sunrise Ceramic in Espanola is handling our firing for the ceramic work produced by the students. The students will also be showing and selling their work during the Northern New Mexico Summer Arts and Crafts Fair, August 14 in the Plaza.
